Walnuts chocolate tarts with blueberries

Walnuts crust

  • 100 g medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • handful shredded coconuts

Chocolate muss

  • 2 ripe avocados or one block of tofu
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla beans/paste

For garnish

  • 100 g blueberries/raspberries


  • Place walnuts to the mixer/blender and blend them until finely crushed. Mixed them with finely chopped dates and shredded coconuts until you can form them into nice sticky dough.
  • Press the dough into a tart or muffin pan. Place it in a fridge while making the filling.
  • For chocolate muss: Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Process until creamy but solid muss is formed.
  • Fill all tarts with the chocolate muss and put them back in the fridge.
  • Decorate before serving with chosen berries.
